Nude Lipsticks Collection for Fair to Medium / Tanned skin tones

Hi Girls,

 

I have been thinking to do this tag since long, but I finally decided to put this together collaborating with my friend Deepika from DeepikaMakeup.com

Starting from 1st of September tomorrow, I will be doing a blog post for one Nude Lipstick from my collection everyday. I will be posting a brief review for them, along with some hand and lip swatches.

I don’t have a big collection of lipsticks, but I just have few from drugstore, which I have collected over a period of time. Some are mattes, creams, satin and some shimmery too. Something for everyone

Swatches for Sinful Shine Prosecco 1480

Today post is bonus post for start of fall nail polish color, got this beautiful color from Shinning Bright off the Runway 5x more glossy collection. It is a new color from Sinful Shine Colors, called Prosecco 1480. It is grey color with golden shimmer in it and it has mauve undertones to it. It is such a beautiful color, which is almost nude but really pretty fall color. For opaqueness you have to use at least three coats. It is quite wearable with any dress or any makeup.

Swatches for Wet n Wild Wild shine Chambray Showers from Summer 2014 Limited Edition Collection

Today’s post is about a bright light blue cream finished  color from Summer 2014 Limited Edition Collection. It is called Chambray Showers and it is a cream finished from Wet n Wild, Wild Shine collection. I found this collection really late in August in Walgreens, as you must have noticed my posts on Instagram.
A nice cool color to get off Monday Blues from your mind, although it is almost fall, but I think its beautiful color for a Mani Pedi

Fun and Easy Back to School Nail Art with a Straw - Part IV:-
I have used a dark blue from Sinful Colors, Silver from WetnWild Spoiled Collection and Silver feather litter from Sally Hansen. You can always use whatever color you have, and change the design and have fun with it. Remember its all about fun with NailArt, not to do exactly. I decided polka Dots on Dark Blue with white and light blue dots.

Swatches for Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Nail polish - Green With Envy 110

Girls, Today I am posting something I used some time ago on my nails. Perfect Summer Spring Neon Green Color Polish from Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Hard as Nails line. This is old formula. I got this from Walgreens recently.

Maybelline Color Sensational Lipstick – Glisten up Pink 815

Hello Girls, Continuing my previous post , this week, I have two Maybelline Color Sensational Lipstick which I recently picked up from Big Lots for just $. 2.80, I got Fruit Punch and Glisten up Pink.
Review for both :-
Both are shimmery shades, they are very light wearing lipsticks. Both have tiny pink and purple glitter, but they don’t not rub on your lips, like some lipsticks do, but because of this glitter they are super shiny lipsticks. They go on very smooth and buttery. I love the texture, very nice color for summer, the staying power is great.When it fades, the glitter still remains on your lips and you have to rub it off. It smells very fruity but it's pleasant and not overpowering.The formula is very smooth and relatively nondrying, especially for an opaque lipstick. Color sensational is in a high shine in a pink-silver prism shimmery tube . You don’t need any lip gloss with them.

Today I have swatches for Glisten up Pink 815, this color is a baby pink with pink and lavender undertones.

Fun and Easy Back to School Nailart- Stamping Part II

Another fun nail art for Back to School. For this Nail art, I used Stamping technique. I used this Shany Cosmetics Plate number SH25, and also used NYC dark purple polish called prince street. It has a beautiful design of small flowers. Loved this design perfect for summers.
You can use any other colors also for Nail art.

Swatches for Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear - Violet Voltage 445

Happy Sunday Girls, This week I am painting my nails with a perfect radiant orchid color which is color of the year. Its called Violet Voltage from Sally Hansen Hard as Nails Xtreme Wear nail polish collection.


This is beautiful orchid violet color, its hard to take a photograph of this beautiful color. This has little tiny shimmer which little golden dual chrome if you look carefully.  This is old formula for this collection, I am not sure Sally Hansen got new formula on this one also as they got for many other polishes called Pacific Blue, Mint Sorbet and Mellow Yellow.

I love this color on my Manicure but I am sure it will be perfect for Pedicure to for spring and summer.
