Milani Amore Matte Lip Crème Collection -Limited Edition

Hello Beauties,
Today I am going to review one of the most talked about liquid matte lipsticks, but they are limited edition. Make sure you run by your CVS or Walgreens to find them quickly as they are going out fast as I totally recommend them. They are 8 colors in this collection, from nude to really bold colors, these shades look on different skin tones.

I was skeptical to pick these as I had bad experience with liquid matte lipsticks  with few other brands. But there was so much hype about it, so I decided to pick them. I picked 5 colors 01 Crush, 03 Beloved, 04 Lust, 06 Desire and 07 Romance. They were around $7 in CVS (downtown Dallas), which is little higher but I have seen on  social media people got them at around $5.99 too, which is quite affordable. I love Milani Matte color statement lipsticks as they are cruelty free and they are highly pigmented and various colors in it which you pick according to you liking.
 
Now lets talk about these Amore Matte Lip Crème, they are in the same tube like they had lip gloss before. The tube has golden cap which feels like luxury product. It has flat applicator on both sides which makes it easier to apply on lips. But be careful the applicator does not have too much product on it. It can go out of control and can come out of lines very easily.
It has really sweet candy kind of fragrance . I still don't know which candy, trying to figure out:) but it goes away after some time, it did not bother at all to me.
They are really pigmented and budge proof, kiss proof. I would say that they are perfectly doing all the claims as mentioned on their website, but it did not last for me after lunch, I had normal sandwich that day and it came off, I have shown in swatch below. It is easy to reapply does not go patchy.

Like I said I will recommend to everyone who are looking for budget friendly and drugstore options for liquid matte lipsticks. They are worth the hype, grab before they are gone as they are limited edition.

MAGENTA

We get that you're not Malibu Barbie. But this take on hot pink has cool lavender undertones that make it elegant. It explains why magenta was the manicure of choice on spring runways, including Chanel's.

Magenta is my favorite from all nail polishes color for summer. That is why you will see I have more options in that.

What could be more appropriate for warmer weather than nails that are the color of fresh tropical juice (bright orange with a hint of pink)?

This is the vacation version of a goes-with-everything neutral. Pale mint is soft enough to work with your brightest bikini.

BRIGHT LEMON

True, yellow nail polish isn't for everyone. It looks as crisp as linen on fair or dark complexions, but on olive skin, it emphasizes yellow undertones.

Summer Pastel Nailpolish - Swatches for Poparazzi Lovely in Lilac

 

Poparazzi  brand, this is only available at CVS. This was the first time I was trying this brand and decided to try this one as it was on super cheap sale. They are generally around $2.99 and they have a wide range of nail polishes with such a cute polka dot cap, really cute. This color is such a pretty pastel nail polish, it is such a calm color.

The only thing I didn’t like about them is the way they smell, it is awful. I just cannot bear the smell, so I am thinking to return it. Even when I removed this one, it smells horrible.

New York Colors Expert Last Traffic Jam

Hi Girlies,
Today I am reviewing another pretty lipstick from NYC, my favorite drugstore brand called Traffic Jam. Its perfect Holiday color, its such a beautiful lipstick color. Its bright red color. Its super creamy in texture.
Its is from their new 2014 collection called Expert Last Lip Color.  Basically my review for this lipstick almost remains same as my review earlier on two other colors.

Pros :-

11. It is just for $ 1.99  for 0.11 oz/ 3.2g,

Cons:-

1. Packaging is little cheap
2. Be careful while closing the lid as some of it still hangs outside the tube when it is new.

Review and Swatches for Milani Color Statement Lipstick–Hot Pink Rage 15

Milani has these Color Statement Lipsticks come out around 2013. They are around $5.49 each, 0.14 oz.

This next generation lipstick gives the ultimate in color, texture and finish.  The lightweight creamy formula contains Vitamins A, C, & E to moisturize and nourish lips. Paraben-free. Available in Vinyl, Metallic, Cream, Shimmer, Pearl & Matte finish.

Hot Pink Rage is such a hot pink color completely matte finish. This is one of the matte shades, so it's not as hydrating as the cream or vinyl finish shades. This lipstick is extremely pigmented , in one swipe is all you need to reach full opacity, the color will last several hours for me.

It's heavy, but comfortable on the lips, think would flatter many different skin tones. Milani lipsticks have a strong watermelon jolly rancher scent, the scent does go away once you put the lipstick on,which I personally don't mind but could see some having an issue with it.

I would have to say that the price & quality of this lipstick is exceptional for a drugstore brand. It’s a vibrant, light-medium pink with cool, blue undertones. It had rich, opaque color coverage, and the consistency was lightly creamy and glided on without tugging on the lip. It wore for almost six hours, and it was neither drying nor hydrating.

Swatches for Wet n Wild - Wild Shine in Gyp - Sea Green 34443 from Summer 2014 Limited Edition Collection

Today’s post is about a beautiful sea green cream finished  color from Summer 2014 Limited Edition Collection. It is called Gyp-Sea Green  34443 and it is a jelly and cream finished polish from Wet n Wild, Wild Shine collection. I found this collection really late in August in Walgreens, as you must have noticed my posts on Instagram.

This one is not as opaque as shown in nail polish tube, you really have to build up with four coats for getting the opaqueness.

Review and Swatches for WetnWild Megalast Nail polish–207 B "Bite the Bullet"

Hi Girls, I have two perfect fall colors for you from Wetnwild Megalast Line called "Through the Grapevine" and "Bite the Bullet" Today I have second post on "Bite the Bullet", click here for swatches for "Through the Grapevine" which was my last post. Review This beautiful fall/ winter nail polish color called "Bite the Bullet" which is perfect Radiant Orchid color. This is seriously mega last nail polish and very opaque in one coat. Its very thick in texture, so it is completely opaque in two coats. It is quite shiny so we don’t need any top coat, but just to protect your manicure, you can use top coat. I have not used any top coat on my swatches below. These nail polishes have a large and flat brush, for me it is quite easy to apply, in two stokes my whole nail gets covered. But some people don’t like these brushes. It dries quite fast even two coats. No chipping, last long for more than a week. They are around $1.99 in Walgreens or CVS. I have picked this one recently. But I have already tried other colors before. I was quite happy with these colors and color application. Good color selection in the original line, but WetnWild keeps on coming with limited edition colors also. I would recommend these nail polishes to my friends. Swatches

Swatches for Wet n Wild Wild shine Chambray Showers from Summer 2014 Limited Edition Collection

Today’s post is about a bright light blue cream finished  color from Summer 2014 Limited Edition Collection. It is called Chambray Showers and it is a cream finished from Wet n Wild, Wild Shine collection. I found this collection really late in August in Walgreens, as you must have noticed my posts on Instagram.
A nice cool color to get off Monday Blues from your mind, although it is almost fall, but I think its beautiful color for a Mani Pedi

Fun and Easy Back to School Nail Art with a Straw - Part IV:-
I have used a dark blue from Sinful Colors, Silver from WetnWild Spoiled Collection and Silver feather litter from Sally Hansen. You can always use whatever color you have, and change the design and have fun with it. Remember its all about fun with NailArt, not to do exactly. I decided polka Dots on Dark Blue with white and light blue dots.

Review and Swatches for Wet n Wild Megalast Lipstick–Wine Room 906D

Hi How are you,
Today I am reviewing and swatching another WetnWild Mega last lipstick from my collection called Wine Room 906D.
Picked up from Walgreens for $2. Its one of the best color in lipsticks for whole year arround. Its dusty pink color with little brown understones, looks gorgeous on fair or tanned skin tones. Its  little dry but who cares if you get such pretty color in 2$. You can wear a lip balm underneath and exfoliate your lips and you are good to go. It does not bleed on you it is  a matte lipstick. The only thing I don’t like about wetnwild megalast lipsticks are their packaging. It’s little cheap and half of lipstick still hangs on top when you close the lid. You tend to break your lipstick when you close the lid, so be careful.

 
 
I would totally recommend this lip color to my friends. My mom has this color and she really loves it.
