Wet n Wild Limited Edition Mega last Lip Color–On the Ave 34672

Hi Everyone,

I recently picked up two new mega last lipsticks from Fall 2015 limited collection by WetnWild cosmetics. Every year WetnWild brings new colors for Fall and last year I  didn’t get chance to buy any. So this year I picked up the colors I was interested in as soon I saw the display. Because they are limited edition they are gone in no time.

They are semi matte cream finished lipsticks this time, not full matte. They are priced as regular ones $2.19 each. The pigmentation is great and being so affordable line, I love all wet wild mega last lipsticks. They will actually last for long, they are pretty long wearing. They don’t have any smell, this time also the tube is matte from outside not like regular megalast  line.

Here are the Swatches for new one “ On the Ave”, This color is really pretty berry color, with blue toned pink, looks like magenta. After some time it turns to matte. It does transfer. I love wearing this kind of color in spring and summer.

Milani Amore Matte Lip Crème Collection -Limited Edition

Hello Beauties,
Today I am going to review one of the most talked about liquid matte lipsticks, but they are limited edition. Make sure you run by your CVS or Walgreens to find them quickly as they are going out fast as I totally recommend them. They are 8 colors in this collection, from nude to really bold colors, these shades look on different skin tones.
01 Crush, 02 Adore, 03 Beloved, 04 Lust, 05 Embrace, 06 Desire, 07 Romance, 08 Flirt
I was skeptical to pick these as I had bad experience with liquid matte lipsticks  with few other brands. But there was so much hype about it, so I decided to pick them. I picked 5 colors 01 Crush, 03 Beloved, 04 Lust, 06 Desire and 07 Romance. They were around $7 in CVS (downtown Dallas), which is little higher but I have seen on  social media people got them at around $5.99 too, which is quite affordable. I love Milani Matte color statement lipsticks as they are cruelty free and they are highly pigmented and various colors in it which you pick according to you liking.
 
Now lets talk about these Amore Matte Lip Crème, they are in the same tube like they had lip gloss before. The tube has golden cap which feels like luxury product. It has flat applicator on both sides which makes it easier to apply on lips. But be careful the applicator does not have too much product on it. It can go out of control and can come out of lines very easily.
It has really sweet candy kind of fragrance . I still don't know which candy, trying to figure out:) but it goes away after some time, it did not bother at all to me.
They are really pigmented and budge proof, kiss proof. I would say that they are perfectly doing all the claims as mentioned on their website, but it did not last for me after lunch, I had normal sandwich that day and it came off, I have shown in swatch below. It is easy to reapply does not go patchy.

Like I said I will recommend to everyone who are looking for budget friendly and drugstore options for liquid matte lipsticks. They are worth the hype, grab before they are gone as they are limited edition.

Review and Swatches for Wet n Wild Megaslicks Balm Stain in Tangerine and Tribal 34447

Today post is all about this beautiful balm stain from Wet n Wild cosmetics, Limited Edition by Wet n Wild for Summer 2014”. It is called Tangerine and Tribal. They are sold at $3.29 in my local walgreens, but prices differ from with different places.

My Review:-
This is a beautiful, perfect shade for fall and holiday season. Its vibrant and pigmented pink coral with pink stain undertones to it. This is a normal chubby lip stain, which is twistable no sharpener is needed. It stains your lips. It wears around for 3-4 hours and fades away nicely. Its very much pigmented in one swipe and does not tug your lips, glides on very easily. It is not matte, but cream finished. Wet n Wild claims: Now you can amp up your lips with one stick for a kissable pout in no time. To keep you pucker-perfect, these all NEW lip balm stains glide on smoothly while conditioning the lips. Enriched with Acai Palm Oil, this amazing formula forms a protective shield on the lips to prevent feathering. Complete with six great shades and continuous moisture, the formula leaves the lips with a unique minty, cooling sensation. No matter how long the kiss, this balm will last and last.

New York Colors Expert Last Traffic Jam

Hi Girlies,
Today I am reviewing another pretty lipstick from NYC, my favorite drugstore brand called Traffic Jam. Its perfect Holiday color, its such a beautiful lipstick color. Its bright red color. Its super creamy in texture.
Its is from their new 2014 collection called Expert Last Lip Color.  Basically my review for this lipstick almost remains same as my review earlier on two other colors.

Pros :-

11. It is just for $ 1.99  for 0.11 oz/ 3.2g,

Cons:-

1. Packaging is little cheap
2. Be careful while closing the lid as some of it still hangs outside the tube when it is new.

Swatches for Sinful Colors Steel Reserve and Holiday Nail Art 3

Sinful Shine Steel Reserve is perfect Winter color, its dark gray color with blue undertones to it. It is so opaque in one coat, but still requires two coats.

I have also done a stamping nail art in this as Holiday Nail Art 3 with snowflakes design. Hope you like it. Enjoy the swatches, I have done matte top coat first and then stamped snowflake over it. I have used Shany Cosmetics Stamping plate in this design.

Review and Swatches for Milani Color Statement Lipstick–Hot Pink Rage 15

Milani has these Color Statement Lipsticks come out around 2013. They are around $5.49 each, 0.14 oz.

Make a statement without saying a word!  True Instant Color. One stroke, full coverage application. This next generation lipstick gives the ultimate in color, texture and finish.  The lightweight creamy formula contains Vitamins A, C, & E to moisturize and nourish lips. Paraben-free. Available in Vinyl, Metallic, Cream, Shimmer, Pearl & Matte finish.

Hot Pink Rage is such a hot pink color completely matte finish. This is one of the matte shades, so it's not as hydrating as the cream or vinyl finish shades. This lipstick is extremely pigmented , in one swipe is all you need to reach full opacity, the color will last several hours for me.

It's heavy, but comfortable on the lips, think would flatter many different skin tones. Milani lipsticks have a strong watermelon jolly rancher scent, the scent does go away once you put the lipstick on,which I personally don't mind but could see some having an issue with it.

I would have to say that the price & quality of this lipstick is exceptional for a drugstore brand. It’s a vibrant, light-medium pink with cool, blue undertones. It had rich, opaque color coverage, and the consistency was lightly creamy and glided on without tugging on the lip. It wore for almost six hours, and it was neither drying nor hydrating.

Review and Swatches for Wet n Wild Megalast Lipstick– Spotlight Red 911D

Hi girls, how are you, today I am reviewing and swatching another WetnWild Mega last lipstick from my collection called Spotlight Red 911D.

Review:-
Picked up from Walgreens for $2. Its one of the best color in lipsticks for whole year around. This 4-hour, longwearing lip color leaves a semi-matte, creme finish in one stroke. Glides on easily with rich, velvety color that doesn't cake, feather, or bleed.
Stoplight Red is a very bright, blue-toned red, though not quite as deep and bold, looks gorgeous on all skin tones. Its  little dry but who cares if you get such pretty color in 2$. You can wear a lip balm underneath and exfoliate your lips and you are good to go. It does not bleed on you it is  a matte lipstick. The only thing I don’t like about wetnwild mega last lipsticks are their packaging. It’s little cheap and half of lipstick still hangs on top when you close the lid. You tend to break your lipstick when you close the lid, so be careful.
It’s a dupe for MAC RiRi Woo/Ruby Woo a true red color. This is a great deal and so pretty on tanned/ brown/ indian skin. I can't believe how fabulous this lipstick is for so inexpensive.

Rose Bud is one of the perfect spring summer color. It is nude pink color. Picked up from Walgreens for $2.  This 4-hour, longwearing lip color leaves a matte finish in one stroke but very creamy to apply. Glides on easily with rich, velvety color that doesn't cake, feather, or bleed. Its  little dry but who cares if you get such pretty color in 2$. You can wear a lip balm underneath and exfoliate your lips and you are good to go. It does not bleed on you it is  a matte lipstick. The only thing I don’t like about wetnwild mega last lipsticks are their packaging. It’s little cheap and half of lipstick still hangs on top when you close the lid. Swatches for Sinful Colors Professional Ruby Mine

Happy Diwali:)
Today I am swatching Ruby Mine 1365 , a textured polish from Sinful Colors Professional. I got this from Textured polish collection came in this summer of 2014. Its beautiful ruby red color with tiny specs of gold specs in it. Its textured, so after two coats it dries like a rough surface not like smooth surface like other polishes. I enjoyed this polish, as this was my texture polish and I decided to pick beautiful red color. I think it will be great for pedicures also.

Review:-
Picked up from Walgreens for $2.  This 4-hour, longwearing lip color leaves a matte finish in one stroke. Glides on easily with rich, velvety color that doesn't cake, feather, or bleed. Cherry Bomb is one of the perfect fall color, it is a dark cranberry color, it comes as a maroon, wine color on your lips. As its too dark and bold look, many people don’t feel comfortable with this color. But you can certainly tone it down with light swipe or mix with a different color. But it does stain your lips little. Its  little dry but who cares if you get such pretty color in 2$. You can wear a lip balm underneath and exfoliate your lips and you are good to go. It does not bleed on you it is  a matte lipstick. The only thing I don’t like about wetnwild mega last lipsticks are their packaging. It’s little cheap and half of lipstick still hangs on top when you close the lid. You tend to break your lipstick when you close the lid, so be careful. Swatches:-

Glides on easily with rich, velvety color that doesn't cake, feather, or bleed. Rose to Fame is a very subtle nude pink color. It looks very natural on your my lips, it is my lips but better color, It will look good in tanned and brown skin tones girls, actually I think it will look gorgeous on all skin tones. Its  not that dry as other megalast lipsticks. You can wear a lip balm underneath and exfoliate your lips and you are good to go. It does not bleed on you it is  a matte lipstick. The only thing I don’t like about wetnwild mega last lipsticks are their packaging. It’s little cheap and half of lipstick still hangs on top when you close the lid. There are three shades of balm stain released in this limited edition, You’re Golden, 2 am Call Time, and Senorita. My Review:-
This is a beautiful, perfect shade for fall and holiday season. Its deep red color with slight fuchsia undertones to it. It does not have a peppermint smell like permanent does. This is a normal chubby lip stain, which is twistable no sharpener is needed. It stains a little bit with light shade, like shown in my swatch below. It wears around for 3-4 hours and fades away nicely. Its I very much pigmented in one swipe and does not tug your lips, glides on very easily. It is not matte, but sheen finished.

Swatches for Sinful Colors Professional - Gold Medal 1397 from Sinful Colors

Happy Dusshera everyone:) Today blog post is all about bling, golden color in this festive month. Perfect color polish for fall and festive season called Gold Medal from Sinful Colors Professional.
I have done two accent nails with another glitter polish from Sinful Colors.


I picked up this pretty gorgeous color from Sinful Colors called Gold Medal 1397. This is not in your face golden color, very subtle gold color. I have some swatches for you to enjoy, hope you will like it

 

 
 

 

Some easy nail art used glitter on pointy and ring finger using another Sinful Colors (Black Magic) oohhhhh love the combination, toped with a top coat.
