Have you ever tried Matte Red Nails ever, I have tried them 3 times now, loving it. New York Color 131 Big Apple Red is perfect affordable red color nail polish. This is cream finished nail polish, very opaque in two coats. Its just under 2$ and excellent quality. Quite shiny coat and fast drying. It is one of the budget friendly nail polish line.

I have used Wetnwild Shine Matte Coat over this. It is for $2 and gives perfect matte on any shade.
