Summer Pastel Nailpolish - Swatches for Poparazzi Lovely in Lilac

 

Poparazzi  brand, this is only available at CVS. This was the first time I was trying this brand and decided to try this one as it was on super cheap sale. They are generally around $2.99 and they have a wide range of nail polishes with such a cute polka dot cap, really cute. This color is such a pretty pastel nail polish, it is such a calm color.

The only thing I didn’t like about them is the way they smell, it is awful. I just cannot bear the smell, so I am thinking to return it. Even when I removed this one, it smells horrible.

Jergens VOXBOX from Influenster #bbflawless

Today I am reviewing my Jergens voxbox from Influenster #bbflawless. I got this box three weeks back and have been testing them since then, to give you my honest opinions for the products.

This Box had three different products from this line :-

1. Full size Jergens BB Protect
2. Full size Jergens BB Hand
3. Three small samples for Jergens BB Body
4. Flash Card, for description of products.

 

As per the Flash Card in the box, BB Protect and BB hand are fairly new products in the market. It is good I got this voxbox and I was lucky to try them for free. It claims:-

Jergens BB Body Perfecting Cream is to deliver flawless looking skin with 5 visible benefits in just 5 days.

Review:-This one is for all Light Skin tones, but I dont think there is a difference, as the tint in this cream diminishes as you rub this product on your body. It is sold in Walmart for $8.28 for 7.5 fl oz . It smells nice and leaves body smooth and soft. I normally use this in night. I am not sure I will buy it again, I like my other Jergens moisturizing creams.

 

Jergens BB Protect Perfecting Body Cream has all visible benefits as BB Body, with sunscreen is to use in day, as it has broad spectrum  SPF 15 sun protections.

Review:- First of all lets look at the packaging, it is very nice for drugstore . I have used this on my arms and legs, everyday and keep them moisturized and soft and shinny for whole day.But I think SPF 15 is little less, if you are only using this, you may have to use other sunscreen, depending on where you live. I am currently in Texas, which is really hot and this will not be enough for you for whole day. It smells nice and has a little tint in that cream, as it says it is for all Light skin tones people. But I think that tint goes away as soon as you rub this product. This product is normally sold for $12.99 in Ulta,  and $9.46 in Walmart which is to me little pricey.  Overall I like this product, I still have to think I will buy this again or not, compared to other products available in market.

                     

Jergens BB Hand Perfecting Hand Cream with sunscreen which gives you youthful looking skin by smoothing and visibly diminishing dark spots. 

Review:-I think I have seen first hand cream which has SPF, so I am really thankful to Jergens to introduce that. This product is sold in Walmart for $5.97 which is a good price, for this. I don’t have any dark spots on my hands, so I cannot comment on the claim, it diminish the dark spots. It does leave your hands smooth and shiny and smells very nice. I will recommend this product to you for winters, when our skin becomes really dry. I may buy this product again.

Here is my before and after picture application of Jergens BB Hand cream in a way I never felt a huge difference there is definitely shine and smoothness but my hands are not that dry enough in summers to find a huge difference but if you have extremely dry skin its a good product for you,it smells nice try it and let me know if you tried already until then stay #bbflawless thanks @influenster @jergensus

Poparazzi Cuticle Oil Too Cute-icle

Happy Monday !!
Todays post is all about Cuticle Oil. Picked up this at CVS for $.99 on Pop.arazzi sale. It is 0.5 Fl Oz / 14.8 ml.


I normally use olive oil for my cuticles and hands once a week.

So lets talk about Pop.arazzi  brand, this is only available at CVS. This was the first time I was trying this brand and decided to try this one as it was on super cheap sale. They are generally around $2.99 and they have a wide range of nail polishes with such a cute polka dot cap, really cute. I have bought couple of them will post "NOTD "soon .


So how do I use, Cuticle oil:-

After I remove my nail polish I file my nails. Then I use cuticle oil, for at least 10 minutes by massaging into all my fingers along with my toes, yes that’s right don’t forget your toes. It smells like berries, which is a plus sign to use on cuticles. I have used this product since three weeks now. I use it twice a week, even when I have my nail polish on. It does not do anything to nail polish colors so don’t worry. It is good hydrating product for my cuticles for this price. I just use two drops for one hand , but I still do my olive oil routine once a week.

If you get this in your CVS, I would totally recommend this to you.

MAC Retro Red Ruby Woo and the story behind my favorite red lipstick:)

Hey Girls, Today  I am sharing one of my favorite lipsticks of all times which is from MAC Cosmetics “Ruby Woo”. This is my favorite go to red lipstick. Although I have many red lipsticks but this is the one, I come back quite often.
Whenever there some special occasion, I wear this. I love red lips on me.
Story behind it :- Well I got introduced to this baby when I started working in New York, and actually at that time I was not aware of any Mac Lipsticks. I just went to the Macy’s in NYC, with my husband and stopped by this MAC Store, where he wanted to treat me with my first MAC lipstick. He is the one who choose the color, amongst all shades on display and I got it. When I wore it first time, I was so happy, that he picked up this color for me. I googled about this and got to know that is the best seller, I was even more flattered. This lipstick is my first Mac Lipstick and my husband bought that for me, that is why it has a special place in my heart forever.

It costs 16$ for 3 g / 0.1 US oz. It is a blue tone red, suits all skin tones, which is beauty of this red lipstick. Its very pigmented in one swipe but you can build it up, it is matte lipstick. You might have to exfoliate your lips and apply a nice lip balm underneath and then apply, otherwise it is little drying. It smells amazing like other MAC lipsticks. It lasts forever even if you’re eating/drinking.It’s the perfect classic red with a cool undertone.
Swatches:- I get compliments every time I wear this lipstick and many girls guess it right too, all MAC Ruby Woo fans. This color pops out as the perfect accessory to brighten up my face.
 


Everyone can rock this color, just don’t be afraid and buy it today. I know there are many dupes shown by many bloggers. Even I have blogged about it, but there is nothing like it.

Milani Lip Intense Liquid Color ($6.49) have the formula if a lightweight liquid lipstick with a velvety matte finish. There are four colors in this line, I only picked up one Violet Addict,  perfect for spring season. But there are other colors  too 01 Red Extreme, 02 Pink Rave, 03 Fiery Coral .

My overall review is I really liked the formula for these liquid lipsticks, but there are many other brands who make liquid lipsticks like that. So does this one is price worthy, what is different? Well in my opinion, its no different from all those liquid lipsticks, but don’t confuse them with lipgloss. They are just lipsticks in a lipgloss kind of tube. Milani formulated them with pure pigment so they are extra loud and bright with the full coverage of a lipstick but the thin, lightweight consistency of a gloss.

There is a doe foot applicator, which makes it easy and lets it control to color the lip. Apply lip gloss with the wand’s soft tip applicator by starting in the center of your upper lip and work your way to the outer edges. Same technique applies for your bottom lip.  Tip: To extend the wear of your lip color and prevent bleeding, trace over your natural lip line with Anti-Feathering Lipliner and fill in you lips before applying color.
